At the age of 16, Toby Vu aka Tovu began taking classes with Funkanometry LA and also with Boogiezone in Irvine.  From then on, Toby's love for dance grew and grew into something far more than just a hobby.  At 18, Toby started dancing with Boogiezone Breed, and has gone on to dance with other teams such as Common Ground, SGBM, Chill Factor, and Frank.  Toby has achieved many things over the years, but the one he is most proud of is coaching and guiding his old high school group, Dance Appreciation, into a co-ed hip hop team that has won a few trophies in only 2 years of existence. Toby is currently the co-captain for Team Millennia 2009-2010.

With all the knowledge gained from past captains, teachers, and mentors, Toby wishes to share all that knowledge to anyone and everyone who wants to dance.  He is thankful for the people giving him the opportunity to share his passion and knowledge to people all over California and in Las Vegas.  Toby has taught at studios and classes such as Impulse Dance Productions, OC All Stars, Boogiezone Community Class, GRV Master Class, and SI6 Dance Camp.  Toby hopes to one day travel the the world to show his passion and love of dance.
